📋 Description

• • Shape the future of India’s fixed-income investing landscape as the founding Product Manager at Stable Money. You will own the 0-to-1 journey of a platform that already has USD 20 million in Series B backing from Nandan Nilekani’s Fundamentum, Aditya Birla Ventures, Z47, RTP Global and Lightspeed. Your roadmap will directly influence how millions of retail investors discover, understand and deploy capital into higher-yielding, tax-efficient fixed-income instruments.
• • Translate complex bond math and regulatory nuances into intuitive, mobile-first experiences that demystify debt mutual funds, target-maturity funds, SDLs, G-Secs and other alternate fixed-income products. You will be the voice of the customer inside the company and the voice of the company in front of regulators, AMCs and credit-rating agencies.
• • Own the full product lifecycle—from opportunity sizing and user-research synthesis to PRD writing, sprint planning, go-to-market coordination and post-launch metric tracking. You will run weekly experiments, A/B tests and cohort analyses to move the north-star metrics of AUM growth, retention and net yield delivered to investors.
• • Build a data-driven culture by instrumenting every funnel step, defining success criteria before a single line of code is written, and presenting actionable insights to the founders and investors every fortnight. You will evangelize OKRs and ensure every squad member understands how their daily work ladders up to business impact.
• • Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, customer success and marketing in a flat, entrepreneurial environment. You will unblock dependencies, negotiate scope and timelines, and make ruthless prioritization calls that balance speed, quality and regulatory adherence.
• • Proactively surface risks—market, credit, liquidity, regulatory or operational—before they hit the customer. You will maintain a living risk register and work closely with the risk committee to design guardrails that protect investor capital without compromising user experience.
• • Keep a relentless eye on the competitive landscape—banks, wealth-tech apps, robo-advisors and DIY brokers. You will run quarterly teardowns, pricing studies and feature parity analyses, then craft differentiation strategies that leverage Stable Money’s unique data and distribution strengths.
• • Champion a world-class customer-experience platform that serves both end-investors and internal support teams. You will spec out self-service flows, in-app education modules, KYC automation, portfolio analytics and seamless redemption workflows that cut support tickets by half within six months.
• • Act as a thought leader externally—speak at fintech meetups, author blog posts on fixed-income investing, and build partnerships with AMCs, trustees and credit-rating agencies to expand the investable universe on the platform.
• • Finally, you will help codify the product culture at Stable Money: write the first product handbook, institute weekly demo days, mentor junior PMs and set the bar for what great product craft looks like in Indian wealth-tech.
