You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO), playing a pivotal role in transforming complex challenges into intelligent, AI-driven solutions.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, develop, and scale AI-native product features. This involves a comprehensive journey from identifying market opportunities and user needs to implementing and measuring the impact of these features. You will be instrumental in turning ambiguous problems into tangible, AI-enabled product solutions that deliver significant value to our users.
• • A key aspect of this role involves designing and implementing human-in-the-loop systems. This requires a delicate balance between leveraging automation powered by AI and ensuring human oversight and control, creating a robust and trustworthy product experience. You will be responsible for defining the user experience and the underlying logic for these intelligent systems.
• • You will act as a key communicator and evangelist for our product. This includes demonstrating new features and product concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams (engineering, design, data, sales, marketing) and external partners and customers. Your ability to articulate the vision, functionality, and value proposition of our product will be crucial for alignment and adoption.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of our product development process. You will partner closely with our talented engineering, data science, and design teams. This close-knit partnership will enable us to ship features rapidly and iterate even faster, ensuring we remain agile and responsive to market demands and user feedback. Your role will be to guide these teams, providing clear direction and context.
• • A data-driven approach is fundamental to our success. You will be responsible for defining, measuring, and analyzing key product metrics and user behavior. This analysis will provide critical insights to drive continuous product improvement, identify areas for optimization, and inform future product strategy. You will champion a culture of experimentation and learning.
• • You will contribute to defining the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic goals, user impact, and technical feasibility. This involves understanding the competitive landscape, identifying emerging trends in fintech and AI, and translating these insights into actionable product plans.
• • You will be expected to deeply understand the technical underpinnings of our platform, including APIs, data pipelines, and the capabilities and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs). This technical fluency will enable you to have productive conversations with engineering and make informed product decisions.
• • The role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously. You will need to be comfortable operating in an environment of ambiguity and moving at a fast pace, especially given the rapidly evolving landscape of AI technologies.
