  • • As a Product Manager at Cordance, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Spiro, an innovative anti-CRM designed to revolutionize sales team efficiency. Your role is pivotal in translating the company's vision into tangible product realities, ensuring that Spiro not only reduces manual work for sales teams but also demonstrably improves revenue outcomes. You will own the product roadmap and prioritization across the entire platform, acting as the central point of accountability for end-to-end product ownership. This position requires a strategic thinker who can align product development with overarching company objectives, fostering close collaboration with leadership, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive success.
  • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of product management activities. You will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with strategic business goals and the overall product vision set by the President. A key aspect of your role will be prioritizing initiatives based on clear business outcomes, focusing on driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion, enhancing customer retention, and improving operational efficiency across support, engineering, and infrastructure. You will partner closely with the engineering team to define solutions, meticulously evaluating technical tradeoffs to ensure the best possible product development. Balancing diverse inputs from sales, customer success, and leadership will be crucial for making clear and effective prioritization decisions. Furthermore, you will maintain regular engagement with customers, actively participating in sales calls and feedback conversations to gather invaluable insights. Your ability to translate ambiguous problems into well-defined product direction and deliverables will be essential for guiding the development process and ensuring the product meets market needs and company objectives.
  • • You will operate with a significant degree of autonomy, taking ownership of the roadmap and prioritization in close alignment with leadership. While empowered to make decisions, you will be expected to keep stakeholders informed about major decisions and progress.
