- • Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for REVIEWS.io, a core product in clearer.io’s portfolio that drives merchant trust, retention, and revenue.
- • Define and prioritize product initiatives based on merchant feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and business metrics to maximize impact and growth.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and shipped features.
- • Lead the delivery of product releases with a focus on quality, speed, and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with clearer.io’s mission to enhance eCommerce search, discovery, and engagement.
- • Analyze product performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, review volume, merchant satisfaction, and retention to inform iterative improvements and strategic pivots.
- • Serve as the primary product advocate within the organization, communicating vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across global teams.
- • Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI-driven capabilities into REVIEWS.io to improve personalization, automation, and merchant outcomes.
- • Work directly with merchants and partners to gather qualitative and quantitative insights, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real-world usage and pain points.
- • Establish and maintain product documentation, user journeys, and success criteria to ensure clarity and consistency across cross-functional teams.
- • Monitor industry trends in eCommerce review platforms and competitor offerings to ensure REVIEWS.io remains a market-leading solution.
- • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support product launches, onboarding materials, and customer education initiatives that drive adoption and reduce churn.
- • Contribute to shaping the future of product management at clearer.io by defining processes, frameworks, and best practices for an AI-first product environment.
- • Balance short-term feature delivery with long-term product vision, ensuring sustainable innovation without compromising stability or user experience.
- • Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable plans.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the Shopify and broader eCommerce ecosystem to ensure REVIEWS.io remains tightly integrated with partner platforms and merchant workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or eCommerce technology environment
- • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and iteration
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure impact
- • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in agile environments
- • Deep understanding of merchant-facing SaaS products and customer retention strategies
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
