📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of real-time risk solutions that detect financial crime in the blockchain ecosystem, directly contributing to the safety and integrity of global crypto and financial systems by enabling customers to act on emerging threats instantly.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Real-time Risk solutions, from vision and strategy to execution and iteration, ensuring that Elliptic’s offerings remain at the forefront of blockchain analytics and compliance innovation in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and delivering scalable, real-time, programmatic risk detection solutions that leverage Elliptic’s industry-leading screening capabilities to alert customers to activities beyond their defined risk thresholds.
• You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate complex analytics challenges into actionable product requirements, prioritize technical trade-offs, and ensure solutions are both scalable and aligned with customer needs.
• You will develop deep expertise in Elliptic’s product suite, datasets, blockchain analytics ecosystem, and customer use cases, serving as a trusted ambassador internally and externally to educate stakeholders and advocate for product value.
• You will engage directly with customers and prospects — including leading crypto firms, financial institutions, and government agencies — to uncover their objectives, pain points, and opportunity spaces, using these insights to inform product ideation and prioritization.
• You will craft and maintain a detailed product roadmap for Real-time Risk, becoming the subject matter expert for this domain and ensuring alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• You will partner with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and support Sales and Customer teams during key client meetings, ensuring messaging is accurate, compelling, and technically sound.
• Post-launch, you will monitor product performance and customer feedback using analytics and usage data to continuously refine features, enhance user value, and drive iterative improvements based on real-world impact.
• You will cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in Elliptic’s fast-paced, dynamic environment by embracing ambiguity, taking initiative, and driving growth through innovation and customer-centric problem-solving.
• Your strong communication skills will enable you to distill highly technical blockchain and data concepts into clear, accessible narratives for diverse audiences — from engineers to executives to regulators.
• You will leverage your technical curiosity and comfort with complex data systems to dive into the nuances of Elliptic’s technology, ensuring product decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of underlying capabilities and limitations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in a product management role, preferably within a highly technical environment involving large datasets, complex engineering systems, or data-intensive platforms.
• Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with crypto assets, blockchain infrastructure, blockchain analytics, or intelligence work in either the public or private sector (e.g., chain analysis, transaction monitoring, AML/CTF compliance).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments, coupled with a passion for technology and crypto innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams to define, build, launch, and iterate on products.
• Bonus: Familiarity with risk screening, compliance frameworks, or financial crime detection systems (e.g., AML, KYC, transaction monitoring) is a plus.
