📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Merative, you will own engagement and retention outcomes across the Micromedex platform, a trusted clinical decision support solution used by clinicians in thousands of hospitals and health systems worldwide.
• You will define, track, and drive improvements to key engagement indicators (DAU/MAU, session frequency, feature adoption) and retention metrics (D1/D7/D30 retention, churn reduction, reactivation rates) while building product vision and roadmap for habit-forming loops, personalized journeys, and contextual nudges.
• You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to leverage AI-powered tools for prototyping, data analysis, and experimentation, translating insights into action through rigorous A/B testing and user research.
• You will build foundational engagement infrastructure including contextual messaging, in-app marketing surfaces, and personalization frameworks that scale across the product, turning casual users into loyal, engaged customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on engagement, retention, growth, or lifecycle product development
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements to engagement and retention metrics through experimentation and product iteration
• Proficiency with AI tools for product development, including prototyping (Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Figma Make), data analysis, or building AI-powered features
• Strong analytical skills with ability to write SQL queries, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis
• Understanding of behavioral psychology, habit formation, and user motivation frameworks
