• • As a Product Manager at Wordly Inc., you will be instrumental in driving the development of critical product initiatives, serving as the vital link between our ambitious product vision and our dedicated development partners. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on transforming abstract concepts into concrete, actionable plans, ensuring that user experience remains paramount throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• • In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will act as the primary point of contact for our external development firms. This involves meticulously managing project timelines, rigorously ensuring the quality of deliverables, and holding these partners accountable to stringent technical and functional standards. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to authoring comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs), detailed user stories, and precise acceptance criteria. Your documentation will be the bedrock of our development efforts, ensuring clarity and completeness for all involved. You will also be a co-owner of the product backlog, actively collating, refining, and ruthlessly prioritizing features based on their potential return on investment (ROI). Your efforts will ensure that the development team consistently has a well-defined and prioritized queue of tasks ready for implementation. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with UX Designers, translating intricate wireframes into functional specifications. Your role is to ensure that the final product not only respects the original design intent but is also technically feasible and robust.
• • You will also be responsible for performing rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee that all deliverables from external partners meet our internal "Definition of Done" and precisely align with the initially defined requirements. This hands-on validation is crucial for maintaining product integrity and stakeholder satisfaction. Your ability to meticulously review and test the product will be key to its success.
