📋 Description

• As a Product Manager for Acxiom’s data products, you will shape and advance the direction of core data products by defining product goals, collaborating on the roadmap, and driving feature development to align with market, customer, and organizational needs.
• You will work as an individual contributor, partnering with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Engineering, Privacy, Finance, and Marketing—to set priorities, deliver solutions, and ensure data products are effective, user-friendly, and competitively positioned.
• You will develop and communicate product vision and goals, collect and prioritize market and stakeholder requirements, identify and address market risks and opportunities, manage product launches and customer feedback, create internal and external marketing communications, and define and track KPIs to lead continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in product management or product development
• Practical knowledge of data aggregation, modeling, and audience segmentation
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
