- • As a Product Manager at Sportygroup B.V., you will own the growth, engagement, and commercial success of SportyBet in Mexico, defining and executing product strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue in a strategic and competitive regulated market.
- • You will own the product strategy and roadmap for SportyBet Mexico, identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, lead product discovery through customer research and data analysis, partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, define and optimize key metrics (OKRs, funnels, LTV, retention, conversion), and collaborate with marketing, compliance, operations, and leadership on go-to-market strategies.
- • Sportygroup B.V. is a remote-first company focused on sustainability, operating in the real-money gaming and sports betting industry with a strategic presence in Mexico, where you will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Mexican user behavior, local sports culture, payments ecosystems, and gaming regulations, while strengthening your ability to drive data-informed product decisions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact at scale in a high-growth market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Based in Mexico
- • Fluent in Spanish; strong English communication skills
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager working on Sportsbook or real-money gaming products
- • Strong track record of driving growth through data-driven experimentation and iteration
- • Deep understanding of sportsbook mechanics and betting user journeys
- • Experience working in regulated environments (gaming, fintech, or similar)
- • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed organization
- • Experience defining and executing OKRs or similar performance frameworks
- • Strong analytical mindset with comfort making trade-offs using data
