We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our groundbreaking autonomous orchestration platform. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and delivery of novel product features from conception to customer deployment, directly impacting critical applications within the defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors.
  • • As a Product Manager at Noda AI, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategic vision and roadmap for our innovative solutions. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from initial market analysis and customer requirement gathering to feature prioritization, development oversight, and successful customer delivery. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between complex customer needs and cutting-edge engineering solutions.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve direct engagement with our diverse customer base, including those in defense, intelligence, and commercial industries. You will meticulously understand their unique challenges, operational environments, and future requirements. This deep customer insight will be translated into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories that guide our engineering teams. Your ability to empathize with users and articulate their needs will be crucial in ensuring our products deliver maximum value and solve real-world problems.
  • • Collaboration is key at Noda AI. You will work hand-in-hand with our world-class engineering teams, including hardware, firmware, and software developers, to prioritize development efforts, manage sprints, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, robust products. This involves fostering a collaborative environment where technical challenges are addressed proactively and innovative solutions are encouraged. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring alignment between product vision and engineering execution.
  • • Beyond development, you will conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and potential threats. This intelligence will inform our product positioning, strategic planning, and go-to-market strategies. You will also play a vital role in supporting business development efforts by providing deep technical product expertise and articulating the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.
  • • The Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams, guiding them through the entire product development lifecycle. This includes defining product requirements, managing the backlog, overseeing development sprints, coordinating testing and validation, and ensuring a seamless transition to customer deployment. You will be responsible for managing product launches, working closely with customers to ensure successful integration and adoption of our autonomous orchestration platform.
  • • Continuous improvement is embedded in our culture. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing user feedback post-deployment, identifying areas for enhancement, and iterating on product features to optimize performance and customer satisfaction. This feedback loop is essential for maintaining our competitive edge and ensuring our products consistently meet and exceed evolving market demands.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work on technology that is pushing the boundaries of autonomy and making a significant impact in mission-critical applications. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where innovation, rapid iteration, and collaboration are highly valued. If you are passionate about building groundbreaking products and thrive in a challenging yet rewarding setting, this is the role for you.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of how hardware, firmware, and software interact within complex, production-level systems. You will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to make sound, data-driven product decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, from highly technical engineers to non-technical customer representatives. Your proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional product development initiatives will be critical to your success.
