- • As a Product Manager at Foundation Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving the development of an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that connects fragmented infrastructure, optimizes care coordination, and removes friction from the patient journey. - • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to execution and scaling—working across patient-facing applications, clinician workflows, AI-driven automation, and complex data integrations. This role demands hands-on collaboration with Engineering and Design teams to translate ambiguous, high-stakes healthcare challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in healthcare technology, interoperability standards (like FHIR and HL7), EHR systems (including Epic), clinical workflows, and AI-enabled automation. - • Help shape AI-driven and automation-led capabilities that improve efficiency and patient outcomes by identifying opportunities where technology can reduce administrative burden and enhance clinical decision-making.
- • Own the end-to-end product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected systems and workflows, ensuring alignment between user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals while maintaining rigorous documentation and traceability.
- • Translate complex clinical, operational and technical requirements into clear product specifications, bridging the gap between clinicians, engineers, and regulators through precise, actionable documentation.
- • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to craft the end-to-end user journey, define solution architecture, and build scalable integrations that adhere to healthcare data standards and security protocols.
- • Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows and interoperability challenges, including mapping data flows, resolving inconsistencies, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- • Map upstream and downstream dependencies across healthcare systems and third-party integrations, anticipating risks and coordinating with external partners to ensure seamless functionality.
- • Balance speed and rigor in a fast-moving startup environment by applying lean product principles, iterating based on user feedback, and maintaining quality without sacrificing momentum.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environment, with a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1.
- • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and deliver results with limited resources.
- • A builder mindset—comfortable getting into the details, challenging assumptions, and raising the bar for healthcare technology rather than just managing tickets or processes.
