📋 Description
- • As a Product Manager at Surglobal Inc., you will lead the full lifecycle of client software builds from kickoff to launch, acting as a product strategist, UX thinker, and client partner in a high-ownership, multidisciplinary role that directly impacts product delivery and client satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will manage product builds end-to-end by running kickoff calls, gathering requirements, defining MVPs, overseeing delivery, transforming client ideas into product specs and wireframes, assessing technical feasibility, coordinating between clients, engineers, and AI systems, collecting and prioritizing client feedback, ensuring client engagement, and contributing to the improvement of tools and workflows as the company scales.
