- • As a Product Manager at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will serve as the operational commander of a fast-growing consumer product, owning every phase of the product lifecycle with military-grade discipline and pixel-perfect precision. Your role is critical to maintaining maximum velocity in product delivery, ensuring flawless execution from ideation through post-production monitoring, and driving continuous evolution based on data and user insights.
- • Day to day, you will manage the product backlog by refining and prioritizing features, bugs, and improvements; lead feature discovery and delivery through ideation, research, and competitive benchmarking; enforce pixel-perfect UI/UX standards by identifying micro-alignment issues instantly; conduct ongoing UX research and competitor intelligence monitoring; monitor releases in real time using Mixpanel for event tracking, funnels, heatmaps, and session replays; establish proactive alerts and thresholds to catch anomalies early; facilitate twice-daily feedback loops with Dev and Data Analytics teams to ensure alignment; and coordinate daily action items across Product Owner, QA, development, and data teams to enforce accountability and speed.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience managing web products and teams in product management leadership roles
- • Proven track record of managing complex products under daily operational control with accountability for results
- • Eagle-eye attention to detail — capable of spotting 1-pixel misalignments instantly
- • 2+ years of hands-on Mixpanel experience for advanced product analytics, including event tracking, funnels, heatmaps, and session replays
- • Experience leading Product Owners, QA, development, and data teams
- • Strong mastery of data analytics events and KPI-driven product control
- • Experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT-5 or Anthropic) for product operations
- • Entrepreneurial and real-world business experience, even if unsuccessful
- • English fluency
