📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at Onit, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal operations by driving the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions that transform how enterprise legal departments manage matters, contracts, spend, and workflows. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, intelligence, and strategic value delivered to legal teams worldwide.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features within Onit’s AI-centric platform, from discovery and prioritization through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and technological innovation.
• Day to day, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to define product requirements, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog that balances short-term delivery with long-term vision.
• You will conduct market research, analyze user feedback and usage metrics, and engage with legal operations professionals to deeply understand pain points and opportunities for AI-driven automation in contract lifecycle management, matter tracking, and legal spend optimization.
• You will partner with data scientists and AI engineers to translate complex machine learning capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences that deliver measurable outcomes such as reduced cycle times, improved compliance, and cost savings.
• You will lead cross-functional sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
• You will develop and communicate product roadmaps to stakeholders across leadership, sales, customer success, and executive sponsors, translating technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
• You will monitor product performance post-launch using analytics and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and driving iterative enhancements to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
• You will stay current with emerging trends in legal tech, AI, and enterprise software, bringing innovative ideas to the table that keep Onit at the forefront of intelligent legal operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or legal technology environments.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, write clear requirements, and collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.
• Experience working with AI/ML-powered products or a strong interest in applying artificial intelligence to solve business problems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions, including familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
