- • As a Product Manager for Phreesia's Eligibility & Benefits portfolio, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling one of the company's most rapidly expanding product areas. This pivotal role is designed to empower healthcare organizations by ensuring they can effortlessly verify patient eligibility and benefits through secure, compliant, and exceptionally reliable data exchange mechanisms.
- • You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, meticulous execution, and continuous enhancement of solutions that facilitate real-time Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, ultimately improving patient access to care.
- • Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, client success, and external vendors, to translate intricate healthcare data requirements into intuitive, high-impact product capabilities that address real-world challenges.
- • You will analyze, define, and meticulously manage functional requirements and system specifications for the entire Eligibility & Benefits product suite, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
- • Owning and executing against a dynamic product roadmap will be a core responsibility, requiring you to prioritize initiatives based on overarching company strategy, client feedback, and market opportunities.
- • You will act as a key product champion throughout the organization, fostering clarity and ensuring alignment among all internal stakeholders, from executive leadership to front-line teams.
- • A significant part of your role will involve translating complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and actionable user stories, providing clear direction for engineering teams to build and iterate upon.
- • You will drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, working in close partnership with Product Leadership, Market Development, Client Success, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and widespread adoption.
- • Building compelling business cases for new features, product enhancements, and strategic investments will be essential, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
- • You will partner closely with engineering and data science teams to define system functionality, guide Agile development processes, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
- • Monitoring key system performance metrics and leveraging data-driven insights will be crucial for informing product decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing user experience.
- • You will provide essential support and training to operations teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage and execute product functionalities, thereby driving successful product adoption and client satisfaction.
