📋 Description

• As a Product Manager at EngFlow, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of developer productivity tools by working directly with the Product Lead to organize and lead the product engineering team, driving high-velocity execution in a fast-growing, AI-integrated environment. Your work will directly impact how developers worldwide experience software builds and tests, making their workflows faster, more reliable, and more enjoyable.
• You will partner with customers, engineers, design, sales, and customer success teams to deeply understand developer needs, translate insights into actionable product requirements, prioritize features based on user impact and business goals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, developer-loved tools that scale with EngFlow’s mission to redefine software development in the AI era.

• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in developer experience (DevEx), product-led growth in technical markets, and AI-enabled tooling, while honing your skills in user research, cross-functional leadership, and strategic product prioritization. You’ll have the opportunity to see your ideas ship to real users, influence product direction at a scaling startup, and grow into a senior product leadership role as EngFlow expands its AI-driven capabilities.
• You will lead user discovery initiatives through structured interviews and feedback sessions with developers and DevEx teams, transforming qualitative and quantitative insights into detailed PRDs that align engineering efforts with real-world pain points and opportunities.
• You will own the end-to-end feature lifecycle — from ideation and specification to prioritization, execution tracking, and release communication — ensuring alignment across design, engineering, sales, and customer success while maintaining transparency through clear roadmaps, vision statements, and status updates.
• You will identify and execute on strategic opportunities to leverage EngFlow’s core remote execution and caching technology in the AI era, such as intelligent test selection, predictive caching, or AI-assisted build optimization, to unlock exponential growth and differentiate the product in a competitive landscape.
• You will help establish and refine product processes, rituals, and documentation standards to improve team velocity and clarity as the organization scales, acting as a force multiplier for the product engineering team through better organization and focus.
• You will advocate for the developer voice in all product decisions, ensuring that technical depth, usability, and performance are balanced to create tools that don’t just work — but delight and empower engineers in their daily workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably with developer-facing products, DevTools, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of DevOps, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and software build/test ecosystems.
• Proven ability to conduct user interviews, synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback, and translate insights into clear, actionable product specifications (PRDs).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams in remote or distributed environments.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and organized — capable of managing multiple projects across time zones with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
