- • As a Product Manager at Primer Technologies, you will own outcomes for a defined product sub-area within the Accept, Manage, or Partners teams, driving measurable improvements over multiple quarters by shaping the future of payments and commerce through Primer’s unified payment infrastructure.
- • You will plan and deliver initiatives end to end, managing scope, sequencing, and quality trade-offs to ship on time, while defining problems and solution options independently by synthesizing data, research, stakeholder input, and technical constraints.
- • You will produce clear PRDs and product specs that anticipate edge cases, integrations, and engineering constraints, identify patterns in merchant feedback, support tickets, product data, and competitive moves to inform roadmap decisions, and own launch readiness by defining success metrics and driving fast post-launch iteration based on usage and feedback.
- • You will influence prioritization and resource allocation through structured communication, clear rationale, and evidence, and represent your product area in customer and stakeholder conversations, translating technical capability into business value.
- • You will join a mission-driven, smart, and reflective team that is invested in building exceptional products and delivering success for merchants, working within a remote-first culture that values flexibility, collaboration, and impact.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in complex product environments such as payments, fintech, or developer platforms, refine your product judgment and strategic thinking, and strengthen your ability to make sound decisions under uncertainty while balancing speed, quality, and technical debt.
