• • Allium is at the forefront of transforming onchain finance by building the definitive system of record for this burgeoning ecosystem. Blockchains, while revolutionary, are optimized for writes and consensus, not for the granular, auditable, and interpretable data that financial institutions require. They are powerful computers, but not effective databases. This fundamental disconnect creates a significant gap between raw blockchain events and the structured, standardized data needed for institutional-scale finance. Allium bridges this gap by ingesting, verifying, and standardizing data across over 140 blockchains, encompassing more than 30 petabytes of historical data.
• • Our mission is to close four critical structural gaps that currently hinder blockchains from serving as reliable systems of record: the Semantic Gap, by translating raw events into meaningful financial concepts like payments, trades, and staking income; the Standardization Gap, by mapping thousands of protocols into a single, canonical cross-chain schema; the Infrastructure Gap, by providing read-optimized, globally distributed data at web scale; and the Accountability Gap, by ensuring auditable methodologies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and SOC 1 and 2 compliance. The outcome is a neutral, canonical data layer that institutions can leverage with unwavering confidence.
• • As finance increasingly moves onchain with the rapid growth of stablecoins, tokenized assets, trading, staking, and lending, the demand for a trusted source of truth is paramount. Institutions need a Bloomberg or DTCC equivalent for onchain activity. This need becomes even more critical with the advent of autonomous AI agents transacting onchain; these agents cannot operate effectively on raw event logs and require structured, attributed, and auditable data to reason and execute capital.
• • As a Product Manager at Allium, you will be instrumental in defining how institutions interpret stablecoin supply and flows, how asset managers calculate staking income and P&L, how wallets display real-time balances across chains, how regulators validate onchain disclosures, and how AI agents will reason about financial state before executing transactions. This is not a role focused on superficial product enhancements; you will be shaping the foundational data layer that enables critical financial operations and insights.
• • You will own the roadmap and execution for Allium's core data product surfaces, including APIs, data streams, data shares, and enterprise dashboards. This involves translating complex, data-dense customer requirements from financial institutions, analytics platforms, and compliance teams into clear, actionable product specifications. You will work hands-on with data pipelines and schemas, writing SQL, reviewing data models, and performing quality assurance to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data being shipped.
• • A key aspect of this role is designing intuitive product experiences for inherently complex datasets. You will bring both analytical rigor and a keen sense of user experience to dense data interfaces, ensuring they are not just technically functional but genuinely usable and insightful. You will lead customer discovery and feedback sessions to identify unmet needs, prioritize features, and inform vertical-specific product strategies. Furthermore, you will partner closely with the Go-To-Market team to craft compelling product narratives and differentiated positioning for enterprise sales cycles, driving the adoption of Allium's data solutions.
• • This is a generalist yet technical Product Manager role, requiring you to be embedded with engineering teams. You will be deeply involved in data modeling decisions, API design tradeoffs, and enterprise integration requirements. You need to understand the shape and nuances of our data as intimately as our customers do, possessing a refined taste for product design that prioritizes usability and elegance, even within complex data environments.
