  • • As a Product Manager at ConnectWise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology solutions for over 45,000 global partners by driving product strategy and roadmap for deep integrations with Microsoft ecosystem products, directly impacting how technology solution providers manage their businesses, automate service delivery, and enhance customer experiences.
  • • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Microsoft-centric integrations, including defining business plans, positioning products to align with corporate growth strategy, and ensuring seamless alignment between partner needs and technical execution.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and documenting market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem; defining and validating market requirements through direct customer and prospect engagement; and translating insights into data-informed product narratives that guide development teams.
  • • You will prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with engineering, sales, and support teams, balancing business objectives, partner feedback, and technical feasibility to ensure timely delivery of high-value features.
  • • Acting as the voice of the customer and ConnectWise, you will represent the company at partner events, conferences, and industry forums, building relationships and gathering real-world feedback to inform product evolution.
  • • You will monitor key product performance metrics—including adoption rates, user experience feedback, and production issues—to iterate and optimize solutions post-launch, ensuring sustained value delivery.
  • • The role includes mentoring and guiding junior team members, delegating tasks appropriately, and fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are encouraged.
  • • You will work closely with cross-functional teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in product messaging, compliance, and partner enablement.

  • • You will strengthen your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions, influence stakeholders without authority, and drive outcomes through data-driven storytelling and collaborative problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of IT product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft ecosystem products including Microsoft Partner Center, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Teams.
  • • Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and business plans that align with corporate growth objectives and partner needs.
  • • Strong analytical and research skills, with experience gathering market intelligence, analyzing competitive landscapes, and documenting findings to inform product decisions.
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience engaging customers and prospects to define requirements and representing the company at external events.
  • • Demonstrated success in prioritizing product backlogs, working with engineering teams, and driving product launches that achieve adoption and user satisfaction goals.
  • • Experience mentoring or coaching team members, delegating work effectively, and fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture.
