- • As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a defined area of our product suite, driving significant impact through effective delivery and strategic execution. - • Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you will work in close partnership with engineering, design, client-facing teams, and senior leadership. Your collaboration will be instrumental in executing product strategies effectively and continuously improving product outcomes. We are seeking candidates for both Product Manager and Junior Product Manager roles, with the final title and compensation determined by your qualifications and extensive experience.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Own product execution for a designated segment of our product, articulating a clear strategic direction and influencing cross-functional partners to achieve alignment and successful delivery.
- • Engage collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to gain comprehensive insights into diverse customer segments, validate proposed solutions, and develop products that are built for scalability and future growth.
- • Take ownership of and meticulously manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives based on their potential customer impact, alignment with overarching business objectives, and prevailing market dynamics.
- • Partner closely with engineering leads to ensure that development teams are equipped with well-defined user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs, fostering an efficient and focused development process.
- • Drive the end-to-end product launch operations for your assigned product area, encompassing release planning, the creation of comprehensive product documentation, strategic communication plans, user adoption strategies, and ongoing iteration based on feedback.
- • Lead change management efforts for product initiatives, working hand-in-hand with stakeholders to meticulously plan, effectively communicate, and support the successful adoption and governance of new features and functionalities.
- • Define, monitor, and analyze key success metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform critical product decisions, manage tradeoffs, and optimize product performance.
- • Operate with a high degree of autonomy within an often ambiguous and evolving environment, utilizing sound judgment, intuition, and robust feedback loops to consistently drive tangible results and achieve product milestones.
- • Contribute to the strategic vision for your product area, identifying new opportunities and potential innovations that align with the company's growth trajectory and market leadership aspirations.
- • Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a unified and effective go-to-market strategy.
- • Champion a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the forefront of all design and development decisions.
- • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch, developing contingency plans to ensure project success even in the face of unforeseen challenges.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within your product team and across collaborating departments, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the health technology and pharmaceutical sectors to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- • Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to a variety of audiences, including executive leadership, engineering teams, and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
