  • • Owns accountability for the overall success of one or more complex products or a strategic product line, defining and communicating a long-term product vision aligned with business objectives.
  • • Develops and executes comprehensive product roadmaps informed by market trends, competitive analysis, customer insights, and innovation opportunities.
  • • Defines business value and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) to measure product success and aligns initiatives with strategic company goals.
  • • Leads data-driven product performance analysis using tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, and other analytics platforms to optimize features, user acquisition, and engagement.
  • • Identifies and defines success metrics for product features and leads evaluation of performance across a portfolio of products to uncover growth opportunities and challenges.
  • • Conducts and leads user research studies, analyzes customer feedback, and applies insights to prioritize feature development and improve customer experience.
  • • Maintains deep understanding of the competitive landscape and target market to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • • Creates and maintains a prioritized product backlog including epics, features, and user stories, and refines them for sprint planning.
  • • Drives product development using Agile methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos.
  • • Champions user-centered design by collaborating with design teams to ensure intuitive, seamless user experiences and supports development of user personas.
  • • Oversees and refines go-to-market strategies across multiple products, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and business goals.
  • • Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and customer success, and analyzes post-launch market feedback to inform iterations.
  • • Mentors and guides junior Product Managers in strategic thinking, roadmap planning, and customer-centric product development.
  • • Leads cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to align teams around strategic product initiatives.
  • • Manages relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders, advocating for product investments with the highest business impact and resolving conflicts among competing priorities.
  • • Develops comprehensive risk mitigation plans addressing long-term risks such as regulatory changes, market shifts, and technological advancements.
  • • Demonstrates strong financial acumen by managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and understanding the financial implications of product decisions.
  • • Communicates product vision, strategy, and performance clearly to executive teams, business leaders, and product development teams through presentations and reports.
  • • Decomposes product capabilities into logical functional specifications (epics, features, user stories) and prioritizes them based on strategic value and customer impact.
  • • Works effectively with geographically distributed teams and demonstrates strong emotional intelligence to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • • Applies critical thinking to evaluate trade-offs, balance short-term needs with long-term strategy, and develop innovative solutions to complex product problems.
  • • Exhibits strong scheduling and prioritization skills to balance team capacity with product delivery timelines and ensure timely execution.
  • • Continuously suggests improvements to policies, procedures, and product development processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree required
  • • Ten (10) plus years of product management experience in consumer or enterprise-level product roles
  • • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude, and/or Tableau
  • • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of Agile methodologies
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Proven ability to manage product prioritization and complex problems with minimal supervision
