• As a Product Manager at Tessera Labs, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding product organization. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position offering significant ownership and visibility. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and execution of our key product initiatives. This role uniquely bridges product management, data science, engineering, and customer success, with the primary objective of transforming advanced AI capabilities – including Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML) models, knowledge systems, and agentic workflows – into scalable, reliable, and highly valuable enterprise products.
• You will own the entire lifecycle of AI-driven features, from the initial discovery of customer problems and the formulation of model-informed product strategies, through to execution, continuous iteration, and the achievement of demonstrable business impact. This involves close collaboration with our Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to meticulously define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions that address critical customer challenges.
• Your responsibilities will encompass conducting in-depth market and customer analysis to pinpoint critical pain points and identify unmet needs within the enterprise landscape. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, developing a clear roadmap, and establishing key success metrics for your assigned product areas. A crucial aspect of this role involves identifying high-value AI use cases and rigorously prioritizing them based on a balanced assessment of return on investment (ROI), technical feasibility, associated risks, and the speed at which value can be delivered.
• You will work intimately with customers, alongside our Sales and Solutions teams, to gain a profound understanding of their real-world business workflows and the specific pain points they encounter. This insight will inform the creation of clear, prioritized product requirements, which you will then translate into an actionable backlog for the engineering team.
• Partnering closely with Engineering within an agile development framework, you will ensure the rapid delivery of high-quality features. Throughout the development process, you will provide continuous feedback and essential clarification to the engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient workflow. Furthermore, you will collaborate extensively with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to craft compelling product positioning, develop effective storytelling, and support successful product launches.
• A key part of your role will involve working directly with customer teams during implementation phases to guarantee successful product adoption and value realization. You will act as a true product leader, articulating customer needs, navigating complex tradeoffs, and championing priorities while relentlessly driving execution forward. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in building and scaling B2B enterprise products.
• Strong background with ERP or other major enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow).
• Demonstrated experience in building or launching AI-driven products, coupled with an AI-first product mindset.
• Ability to create high-fidelity requirements and conceptual prototypes using tools like Cursor, Replit, or Loveable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven bias toward measurable outcomes and experimentation.
• Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
• Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, GTM, and customer-facing teams.
• Engineering-aware: comfortable discussing platforms, architectures, and tradeoffs without being hands-on coding.
