📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will lead product strategy and execution across the company’s platform, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of its insurance and emerging AI-integrated applications that serve over 8 million users in Southeast Asia.
• • You will define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities through user insights and data analysis, collaborate with engineering and design to build scalable and reliable products, and translate business goals into clear execution plans.
• • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and planning to launch and iteration—continuously improving performance, user experience, and conversion through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• • You will work within a dense, highly motivated, and flat organization focused on engineering and product excellence, where you’ll be expected to contribute hands-on, mentor a growing product team, and directly impact the company’s mission of building efficient, socially responsible technology solutions.
