đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Product Manager at Adaptive ML, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of enterprise AI by taking end-to-end ownership of critical components within our groundbreaking Reinforcement Learning Operations (RLOps) platform. This is a unique opportunity to influence the development of a product that empowers businesses to specialize and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) into production, driving measurable impact and operational efficiency.
  • • You will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy for core areas of the Adaptive platform, operating across the entire product lifecycle from initial problem discovery and user research through to detailed specification, execution, and continuous iteration. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in dynamic, often ambiguous environments, embraces full ownership, and possesses a passion for building sophisticated products tailored for highly technical users, including ML engineers, researchers, and platform teams.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of product management activities. You will be the primary driver of product vision and strategy for your designated areas, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals and market opportunities. This involves conducting deep-dive user research, engaging directly with our enterprise customers to meticulously understand their complex workflows, identify critical pain points, and uncover nuanced edge cases. The insights gathered will be the bedrock upon which you formulate clear, actionable product decisions.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves translating intricate technical feedback and user needs into precise, detailed product specifications. You will collaborate intimately with our world-class engineering and ML research teams, fostering a tight feedback loop to ensure rapid yet rigorous development. Balancing the imperative for speed with the necessity for technical accuracy will be key, as you'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential edge cases early in the development process.
  • • You will champion a culture of rapid prototyping, encouraging the creation of early and iterative prototypes, potentially leveraging AI-assisted tools, to accelerate learning, validate hypotheses, and refine product direction. The challenge lies in making technically complex systems accessible and user-friendly without sacrificing their inherent power and flexibility. This requires exceptional communication skills to adapt your product thinking and messaging to diverse audiences, from deeply technical practitioners to business stakeholders.
  • • Product ownership extends beyond initial development; you will be accountable for the ongoing quality of the product, actively addressing bugs, and managing user-reported issues. Continuous prioritization will be a daily task, navigating an environment where market dynamics and technical constraints are in constant flux. Your ability to make sound, data-informed decisions under pressure will be paramount.
  • • This role offers the chance to work with a small, elite technical team that is pushing the boundaries of applied AI. You will contribute to a platform that is already in production with major enterprises like Manulife, AT&T, and Deloitte, demonstrating tangible value in sectors such as travel and financial services. The opportunity to shape a foundational AI platform and witness its direct impact on large-scale deployments is unparalleled.
  • • You will be a key player in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and practical enterprise application. By simplifying complex AI technologies, you will enable businesses to harness the power of specialized LLMs, driving innovation and competitive advantage. This is a rare opportunity to join a company that has achieved significant validation and funding, yet remains in its early, high-growth phase, offering immense potential for personal and professional development.
  • • Your work will directly contribute to the success of our customers, ensuring they can effectively leverage our Adaptive Engine product to unlock maximum value from their AI initiatives. This involves understanding the strategic objectives of our clients and aligning our platform's capabilities to meet those needs, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • • Ultimately, you will be empowered to drive significant outcomes, with your impact being visible, measurable, and deeply meaningful. This role is designed for a product leader who is ready to take on substantial responsibility, influence the direction of a rapidly evolving technology, and contribute to building a category-defining AI company.
