- • Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for Solventum’s health plan solutions focused on risk adjustment optimization, quality metrics, and financial integrity.
- • Serve as the central liaison between business, technology, sales, service, marketing, and user experience teams to align product development with customer and market needs.
- • Define and drive product initiatives that integrate medical claims, pharmacy data, and clinical/patient chart data to improve the accuracy of member risk scores (RAF scores) and quality measures such as HEDIS/Star Ratings.
- • Identify and close documentation gaps by analyzing disparate data sources and leveraging AI-driven or rules-based algorithms to surface potential undocumented conditions and streamline clinical coding workflows.
- • Utilize clinical data to validate diagnoses, enhance coding accuracy, and support both retrospective and prospective chart reviews to ensure compliant, high-quality documentation.
- • Own the product vision for Solventum’s population health and payment integrity solutions used by commercial payers, Medicaid, and Medicare programs.
- • Analyze competitive landscapes and customer feedback (voice of customer) to inform product direction and prioritize features that address the most critical payer and provider challenges.
- • Stay current on regulatory changes, healthcare payment models, and industry trends to adapt product strategy and ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid risk adjustment frameworks.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver healthcare platforms that support data enrichment via business intelligence tools, structured data extracts, and clinical data integration.
- • Apply deep knowledge of medical coding, billing, member eligibility, and quality measures to enhance product functionality and clinical relevance.
- • Demonstrate urgency, accountability, and results orientation in advancing initiatives related to value-based care, patient safety, and operational efficiency in healthcare payment systems.
- • Work within an agile development environment to deliver iterative product improvements and respond to evolving customer demands.
- • Familiarize yourself with and apply Solventum proprietary methodologies including APR DRG, EAPG, CRG, PPR, PPC, AM-PPC, PFP, and PFE in product design and validation.
- • Support onboarding by participating in required on-site orientation at a designated company location during initial employment period (travel coordinated and paid by Solventum).
- • Ensure all product activities comply with Solventum’s corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
- • Travel up to 10% to support customer engagements, stakeholder meetings, or internal collaboration needs.
