  • • As a Product Manager at Willow Health, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of personalized, responsible cosmetic weight loss care. This is a pivotal role where you will own significant product areas within our innovative telehealth platform, driving tangible outcomes across the entire patient journey. From the initial moments of onboarding to the complexities of ongoing care, your strategic vision and execution will directly impact the lives of our patients and the growth of our business.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to identify the most critical problems that need solving, meticulously shaping elegant and effective solutions in close collaboration with our talented cross-functional teams. You will be the bridge between high-level company goals and actionable product development, ensuring that every feature and improvement delivers measurable impact.
  • • This role demands a hands-on approach, perfect for an individual who thrives in environments with inherent ambiguity, possesses a systems-thinking mindset, and is deeply passionate about translating complex insights into real-world impact. You will be instrumental in guiding product direction, championing prioritization efforts, and rigorously evaluating the success of launched initiatives.
  • • You will work hand-in-hand with a diverse group of experts, including Design, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Project Management. Together, you will translate strategic objectives into a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
  • • Key responsibilities include owning a defined product area or a suite of interconnected patient experiences. This could encompass critical touchpoints such as the patient onboarding flow, the patient portal, or intricate care workflows that define the patient's interaction with Willow Health.
  • • You will be tasked with identifying and prioritizing problems by deeply understanding patient needs, assessing potential business impact, and navigating operational constraints. This requires a nuanced approach to balancing competing demands and opportunities.
  • • Translating high-level strategic goals into precise product direction, detailed requirements, and unambiguous success criteria will be a fundamental part of your role. This ensures that development efforts are focused and aligned with our overarching mission.
  • • You will partner closely with Product Leadership to collaboratively shape and maintain a dynamic, prioritized product roadmap, ensuring that our development efforts are strategic and responsive to market needs and patient feedback.
  • • Making thoughtful, data-informed tradeoffs between speed of delivery, scope of features, and overall impact will be crucial. This requires a keen understanding of product development dynamics and business objectives.
  • • Your decision-making process will be grounded in a robust combination of data analysis, user insights, and comprehensive business context, moving beyond mere intuition to ensure strategic accuracy.
  • • You will collaborate effectively with Project Managers to guarantee that all product initiatives are meticulously coordinated and delivered with efficiency and excellence.
  • • Defining clear, measurable success metrics for every initiative *before* development commences is paramount. This sets the stage for objective evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • • Post-launch, you will rigorously evaluate the impact of your work, identifying opportunities for iteration, optimization, and follow-up enhancements. This commitment to continuous improvement is vital.
  • • Utilizing product analytics, funnel data, and qualitative feedback will be essential for understanding user behavior, identifying friction points, and discerning what is performing well and what requires attention.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be ensuring that product decisions actively work to reduce preventable friction and confusion for our patients, particularly during the critical early stages of their journey with Willow Health. This focus on user experience and accessibility is central to our mission.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-6 years of experience in a Product Manager role or a closely related product development position.
  • • Proven experience owning significant product areas and successfully shipping customer-facing features from conception to launch.
  • • Demonstrated ability to reason through ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and make clear, strategic tradeoffs.
  • • Comfort and proficiency in working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong aptitude for stakeholder management.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Flexible working hours to accommodate your lifestyle.
  • • The freedom to work from wherever you choose, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • • A fun, casual, and supportive work environment that values collaboration and innovation.
  • • Regular employee engagement activities and virtual gatherings to foster team connection and camaraderie.
  • • Opportunity to be part of a diverse, global team making a real impact in healthcare.
