• Parafin Inc. is on a mission to empower small businesses by providing them with essential financial tools through the platforms they already use. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Product Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end product experience. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping Parafin's future by building and owning our product roadmap, developing a comprehensive suite of financial products designed to help small businesses thrive. You will report directly to the Head of Product and play a key role in defining the strategic direction of the company.
• As a Product Manager at Parafin, you will be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex financial challenges with elegant technological solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to translate market needs and business objectives into a clear, actionable product strategy and roadmap. This involves a deep understanding of our target customers – both the platforms we partner with (like DoorDash, Amazon, Worldpay, and Mindbody) and the small businesses they serve – to ensure a seamless and delightful experience at every touchpoint.
• You will be the driving force behind prioritizing the diverse opportunities Parafin can pursue, setting ambitious goals, and ensuring their successful execution. This requires a strong ability to balance strategic vision with tactical implementation, making informed decisions that align with our company's growth trajectory. Your work will directly impact our ability to simplify access to fast, flexible funding, spend management, and savings tools for countless small businesses.
• Collaboration is key to success at Parafin. You will work closely with a talented, cross-functional team encompassing engineering, design, marketing, account management, and sales. Your ability to communicate a clear product vision and streamline execution across these diverse internal and external stakeholders will be critical. You will foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely, and execution is efficient and effective.
• A significant aspect of this role involves building and launching new products from the ground up (0 to 1). This 'build from scratch' experience demands a high degree of ownership, initiative, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and validation through to launch and iteration, ensuring that each new offering meets the needs of our customers and contributes to Parafin's overall mission.
• You will engage directly with our customers, including both enterprise platform partners and the small businesses that utilize our integrated financial solutions. Understanding their pain points, workflows, and aspirations will be paramount in designing products that deliver tangible value and foster long-term loyalty. This customer-centric approach will guide your product decisions and ensure we are always building solutions that truly matter.
• Furthermore, you will partner closely with Parafin's founders to contribute to the long-term strategic vision of the business. This includes identifying new market opportunities, assessing competitive landscapes, and defining how Parafin can continue to innovate and lead in the embedded finance space. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence the future of the company.
• The ideal candidate possesses a strong product and business sense, enabling them to drive strategic decisions with confidence. A data-driven mindset is essential; you will leverage data analytics tools to inform your hypotheses, measure the impact of your product initiatives, and continuously optimize performance. 🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and streamline execution across diverse internal and external teams.
• Demonstrable product and business sense, with the ability to drive strategic decisions.
• Data-driven thinking and experience utilizing data analytics tools to inform product strategy and measure outcomes.
• Experience working on financial products or in the fintech industry.
• Proven ability to take a product from 0 to 1, managing the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
