  • • As a Product Manager on PatientPoint’s Ad Tech team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming patient touchpoints into meaningful health outcomes by scaling the Precision advertising platform—directly influencing how patients and clinicians engage with behavior-changing content in over 30,000 physician offices nationwide.
  • • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for healthcare-focused digital ad products, translating strategic vision into executable roadmaps that drive compliance, performance, and scalability across programmatic and direct ad channels.

  • • What You’ll Do:
  • • Own and prioritize sprint-level execution by writing detailed user stories, grooming backlogs, managing trade-offs, and ensuring QA deliveries align with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and campaign operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and seamless ad experiences across patient-facing digital endpoints, continuously enhancing ad serving platforms and proprietary tools.
  • • Lead integrations with SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, creative delivery platforms, and patient engagement systems to ensure end-to-end functionality and real-time data flow.
  • • Serve as the primary liaison for your product initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, sales, content, compliance, and technical teams to ensure coordinated execution and stakeholder buy-in.
  • • Define, monitor, and optimize success metrics for ad performance—leveraging analytics to improve instrumentation, relevance, engagement, and yield optimization across programmatic and direct channels.
  • • Stay ahead of industry trends in healthcare ad tech, emerging technologies (e.g., CTV, identity resolution), and best practices to ensure PatientPoint remains an innovator in compliant, high-impact advertising.
  • • Translate strategic product vision into detailed execution plans, including feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and release timelines for engineering and operations teams.
  • • Drive post-launch feedback loops by analyzing performance data, gathering user and stakeholder input, and iterating on product features to improve outcomes.
  • • Contribute to platform documentation, process design, and product enablement materials to support internal teams, sales enablement, and client onboarding.
