  • • Drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for NextGen Healthcare's innovative AI-powered ambulatory software products, focusing on enhancing outpatient care environments.
  • • Lead and inspire cross-functional product and engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to deliver impactful features and achieve strategic objectives.
  • • Define and articulate a clear product strategy and detailed roadmap for assigned healthcare ambulatory software products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
  • • Translate complex user needs, evolving market trends, client value propositions, anticipated outcomes, and critical business objectives into prioritized product features and requirements.
  • • Orchestrate seamless collaboration with engineering, design, quality assurance, and other key teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of solutions.
  • • Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, competitive landscapes, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements, innovations, and new feature development.
  • • Own and manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation and requirements gathering through development, successful launch, ongoing iteration, and eventual product sunsetting.
  • • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure comprehensive product understanding, effective go-to-market strategies, and successful customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • • Develop and present clear, concise, and insightful product performance reports and key metrics to stakeholders, demonstrating product value and identifying areas for optimization.
  • • Craft compelling business cases to justify product investments and strategic initiatives, and continuously refine product roadmaps and strategies in close alignment with overarching company goals and evolving customer needs.
  • • Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to their professional development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing within the product management team.
  • • Actively contribute to the definition and refinement of product management best practices and methodologies across the organization.
  • • Perform all other duties as assigned that support the overall objectives and success of the product management function and the company.
  • • Deeply understand the intricacies of the healthcare ambulatory software landscape, including clinical workflows, practice management challenges, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • • Leverage a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model training, validation, deployment strategies, and their practical application within clinical settings to drive intelligent healthcare solutions.
  • • Apply knowledge of Mobile UI/UX principles, including touch interactions, screen constraints, and accessibility standards, to ensure intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences.
  • • Utilize design knowledge for voice agents and conversational AI, focusing on contextual awareness and natural language understanding to create seamless user interactions.
  • • Explore and champion the integration of Agentic AI technology to create more autonomous and intelligent product capabilities.
  • • Conduct rigorous usability testing for mobile features, gathering actionable insights to inform design and development iterations.
  • • Proactively manage multiple competing priorities, complex projects, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • • Champion a data-driven approach to product management, utilizing analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, to gather insights and drive product adoption.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, healthcare technology, and product management best practices to ensure NextGen Healthcare remains at the forefront of innovation.
