  • • As a Product Manager for AI Customer Support at Alan, you will own a product area at the frontier of AI, reinventing customer support by empowering Care teams with AI agents that automate a growing share of written and voice conversations.
  • • You will work closely with designers, engineers, and operations teams to define and implement the right product, while partnering with sales, customer care, and insurance to align on business goals.
  • • You will shape the next generation of AI customer support across Email, Phone, and Chat, ensuring correct resolution when possible and smooth escalation to human experts when needed, while building tooling for Care and Ops teams to configure, test, monitor, and improve AI agents with proper guardrails.
  • • You will stay at the forefront of AI progress, translating advancements into product impact by deploying the agent stack across multiple countries, and work with a world-class team in a mission-driven environment focused on preventive healthcare.
  • • Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery, serving over a million members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, with a mission to help people live in good health to 100.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 2 years of experience in a product management role or equivalent product ownership in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
  • • Fluency in French and English
  • • Curiosity and genuine excitement for AI, with experience building AI products or a strong willingness to learn about LLM-based systems in production and their failure modes
  • • Builder mindset: hands-on, comfortable working with debug tools, traces, evaluation dashboards, and workflows to understand and unblock progress
  • • Strong product execution skills: setting measurable goals, prioritizing effectively, and shipping iteratively while balancing quality, speed, and impact
  • • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds: translating engineering constraints into Care/Ops realities and driving alignment through clear framing and decision-making
  • • Member-first instinct: strong intuition for trust, clarity, and UX quality, with experience in discovery methods (interviews, shadowing, data) and turning insights into scalable solutions
  • • Strong written communication skills in internal and external-facing settings
