- • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of Notion’s AI Governance and Admin Experience platform to enable secure, scalable enterprise deployment of AI agents as part of Notion’s Agent Operating System.
- • Define and implement core governance primitives including agent identity, lifecycle management, trust boundaries, policy controls, permissions frameworks, and auditing/visibility tools for enterprise customers.
- • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, developer relations, and GTM teams to deliver integrated, governed capabilities across Notion’s AI surface area, including MCP, AI connections, and the developer platform.
- • Drive the product vision for the admin experience to ensure Notion functions as a reliable System of Record for large organizations, supporting seamless onboarding, ongoing management, and compliance.
- • Engage directly with enterprise admins and builders to understand their workflows, pain points, and aspirations, translating insights into product priorities that enhance security, usability, and adoption.
- • Champion enterprise-grade experiences across the company, ensuring security-minded customer needs directly influence product decisions and roadmap alignment.
- • Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to inform product strategy through deep understanding of business requirements and to support strategic enterprise customer deals.
- • Build and scale systems for user and agent management, team collaboration, and enterprise-wide visibility to support the transition of AI agents from pilot to enterprise-wide use.
- • Maintain a proactive, results-driven approach to ambiguous, high-stakes problems with urgency and clarity, ensuring timely delivery of mission-critical enterprise features.
- • Leverage AI tools in your own product development process with comfort and curiosity, staying current with evolving AI governance standards and enterprise expectations.
- • Ensure Notion’s AI governance platform meets the needs of large organizations such as Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, reinforcing Notion’s position as a trusted enterprise tool.
- • Work in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days) at Notion’s New York office, with potential for additional in-office days based on team or role requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong track record of delivering impactful B2B product launches and improvements
- • Fluency in AI governance principles and a defined point of view on agent identity, trust boundaries, and policy controls
- • Experience with MCP servers, API development, and enterprise integrations
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, developer relations, and GTM teams
- • Comfort and curiosity in using AI tools for product development
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a drive to deliver results under urgency
