- • As a Product Manager for AI-Powered Messaging at Jerry Technologies, Inc., you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing car ownership by owning and scaling our AI-driven communications product. This role is pivotal to Jerry.ai’s growth strategy, directly impacting customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention through intelligent and automated interactions.
- • You will be instrumental in advancing our AI agent capabilities, aiming to increase the percentage of customer requests handled by AI from over 70% to over 90%. This initiative is not just about automation; it's about enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring AI interactions are delightful and effective.
- • The core of your work will involve the messaging infrastructure that powers our communications across multiple channels, including SMS, in-app chat, email, and voice. You will be responsible for scaling this critical system to meet the demands of our rapidly growing user base and expanding AI functionalities.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to conceptualize, design, and implement AI-powered communication features that are both highly automated and deeply satisfying for our customers.
- • A significant part of your role will involve rigorous data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement within our messaging systems. You will translate these insights into actionable product strategies and prioritize enhancements that yield the greatest impact.

- • This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and a deep empathy for the customer experience. You will be the champion for AI-powered communication, ensuring it aligns with our mission to simplify car ownership.
- • You will define the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered messaging, translating business objectives into tangible product features and improvements.
- • You will conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand user needs and market opportunities within the AI communication space.
- • You will work with engineering teams to define technical requirements, prioritize backlog items, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- • You will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-driven communications, such as automation rate, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), resolution times, and conversion rates.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.
- • Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking ability, with comfort in technical discussions and translating complex ideas into simple terms.
- • Proven ability to be data-driven and comfortable diving into data to answer questions and drive decisions.
- • Demonstrated ownership of metrics and a consistent drive for improvement; an optimistic, "how can we" mindset.
- • Passion for AI, with a history of using AI tools for personal automation and an eagerness to leverage AI at scale for personalized customer communications.
- • Experience with messaging platforms, communication APIs, or AI agent development is a plus.
