• • Ping Identity is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of Authorize, a critical product solution focused on the future of dynamic authorization. This role is pivotal in shaping how both human users and AI Agents securely access resources, addressing one of the most exciting and rapidly growing fields within digital identity. You will be instrumental in driving the strategy and execution for PingOne Authorize (a multi-tenant SaaS offering) and PingAuthorize (an on-premises software solution), both of which are experiencing significant traction with global enterprises. The increasing prominence of Agentic AI further amplifies the importance and market demand for robust authorization capabilities, making this a high-impact opportunity to build foundational technology for Ping's platforms in the emerging Agentic era.
• • In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the Authorize product suite. Your core responsibilities will include maintaining and owning the multi-quarter product roadmap, meticulously managing the product backlog, and overseeing quarterly feature delivery. You will play a key role in influencing and implementing the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives. A significant aspect of your work will involve leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various product management workflows. This includes streamlining research, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and cross-functional communication, positioning Ping Identity at the forefront of AI-driven product development. You will be the primary point of contact for gathering crucial input from the market, customers, prospects, and partners. This input will be vital for understanding diverse customer scenarios, identifying technical requirements, uncovering pain points, and recognizing unmet needs. You will act as a technical expert, providing deep insights into customer use cases to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will provide detailed input into the product planning process, defining and prioritizing features for clear communication to the engineering teams. This collaborative approach ensures that development efforts are precisely aligned with market demands and customer expectations.
• • You will be a close partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, translating customer needs and market insights into actionable technical requirements. You will develop a deep subject matter expertise in authorization and the Authorize product family, becoming a go-to resource for scaling understanding and adoption of externalized authorization both internally and externally. Your ability to synthesize complex technical information into crisp, clear recommendations and present them effectively to diverse audiences will be critical for driving consensus and securing buy-in. You will also be responsible for fostering strong, effective relationships across all organizational levels, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating seamlessly internally and externally. A key part of your role will be to demonstrate proven strength in solving technical problems by driving cross-team collaboration, ownership, and accountability, ensuring that challenges are met with proactive and effective solutions.
