Product Manager (B2C SaaS, Growth focus)

📋 Description

• • Product Manager responsible for owning and evolving a high-traffic document management product (PDF tools) with millions of global users, focusing on post-launch growth, user acquisition, funnel optimization, and conversion rather than 0→1 development.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full product experience from user entry (landing/SEO) to conversion and retention, driving and optimizing the acquisition funnel (traffic → activation → subscription), working with key metrics like conversion rate, activation, retention, and LTV, identifying growth opportunities through data and user insights, translating business goals into outcome-driven initiatives, managing the product backlog for measurable impact, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and improving UX based on real user behavior.
• • The company is a digital product company and startup accelerator building and scaling high-traffic SaaS and B2C products used by millions globally, operating as a remote-first organization across Europe.
• • In this role, the person will develop expertise in B2C SaaS growth strategies, master data-driven product decision-making, deepen skills in funnel optimization and conversion rate improvement, gain end-to-end ownership experience of a scalable consumer product, and strengthen cross-functional leadership with design and engineering teams while impacting a product with massive global reach.
