You will be instrumental in shaping and executing WellSky's solution strategy, ensuring we deliver best-in-class products that empower our clients.
- • Your primary mission will be to develop and refine the strategies and detailed requirements that will be implemented across our product suite. This involves a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly for acute facilities, and translating that knowledge into actionable product enhancements. You will work closely with product teams to drive our Business Intelligence vision forward, enabling hospital systems to gain critical insights into their referral strategies.
- • A key aspect of this role is to help clients quickly identify key performance indicators (KPIs) within their referral processes. By providing robust BI tools and functionalities, you will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes, a core mission of WellSky. You will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with talented individuals who are passionate about making a tangible difference in healthcare.

- • You will be responsible for setting clear priorities for development efforts within your domain. This prioritization will be guided by a strategic alignment with overarching business goals, the company's strategic direction, the voice of the client, realistic timelines, and critical client commitments.
- • You will play a vital role in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our innovative BI solutions are successfully launched and adopted by our target audience.
- • This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is willing to perform other job duties as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to the success of the team and the company.
- • By joining WellSky's Connected Networks Business Unit, you are not just taking on a job; you are becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and fostering a positive, fun, and collaborative work environment.
