📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager – Card-Payments at Computer Systems, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in executing go-to-market strategies for CSI’s payment products, directly impacting how community and regional financial institutions serve their customers through innovative card and payment network solutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, conducting market research and competitive analysis, developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendor and partner relationships, monitoring product performance using data analytics, and providing training and support to internal teams such as sales and customer service to drive successful product adoption.
• • You will be part of a dedicated team of product managers focused on payments, collaborating closely with Technical Product Owners, development teams, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver market-leading solutions that align with CSI’s mission of empowering financial institutions with open, flexible technologies.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the card payments industry, sharpen your strategic product management and financial acumen, gain hands-on experience with tools like Aha! in agile environments, and contribute to meaningful product innovations that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance in the financial technology sector.
