  • • As a Product Manager for Client Experience at Vida Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how healthcare organizations and their members interact with Vida’s virtual obesity care platform, directly impacting patient outcomes and system-wide health improvements by ensuring seamless, personalized, and scalable experiences.
  • • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core client-facing domains including client implementation, eligibility setup, content configuration, and billing rules, translating complex clinical and operational needs into intuitive, reliable product features that drive engagement and adherence.
  • • Day to day, you will write opportunity documents that clearly articulate user problems and business value, lead discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews and data analysis, define measurable success metrics tied to client satisfaction and health outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, design, data science, client success, and clinical teams to prioritize and ship iterative improvements.
  • • You will leverage SQL to debug configuration issues, validate data integrity, and uncover insights from member and client data, using tools like Claude Code to accelerate documentation and decision-making, ensuring that product specifications are technically sound and aligned with system capabilities.
  • • You will partner closely with client success and implementation teams to understand real-world deployment challenges, advocate for member needs in product discussions, and ensure that configurations support seamless onboarding and ongoing care delivery across diverse employer and payer populations.
  • • You will work with design and clinical teams to translate evidence-based treatment protocols into configurable product experiences, ensuring that content, workflows, and rules reflect best practices in obesity care while remaining adaptable to client-specific requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Product Manager in healthcare, health technology, or a similarly complex regulated domain, with a track record of delivering products that improve user outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and debugging, with the ability to write and optimize queries to support product decisions and troubleshoot configuration issues.
  • • Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams in an agile environment, including writing opportunity docs, defining success metrics, and driving iterative product development.
  • • Familiarity with healthcare systems, including eligibility processes, billing rules, or claims workflows, preferably in employer-sponsored or payer-facing contexts.
  • • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical or operational requirements into clear, actionable product specifications that balance member experience, technical feasibility, and business goals.
  • • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse teams.
