• • As a Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational platform capabilities that power the company’s award-winning Aurora Platform and support its mission to End Cyber Risk. This role is critical to ensuring the scalability, reliability, and compliance of Arctic Wolf’s expanding product portfolio in a high-growth, innovative cybersecurity environment.
• • You will define and execute the Cloud Infrastructure product roadmap in alignment with Arctic Wolf’s business strategy, partnering closely with Platform Engineering, Architecture, and other Product teams to design, deliver, and optimize core infrastructure services across the full lifecycle—from development through live operations and continuous improvement.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with architects and engineers to plan system interfaces, data models, and platform capabilities; developing and tracking technical, operational, and financial success metrics to evaluate feature and platform performance; partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain a prioritized backlog, define clear requirements, and support delivery of infrastructure enhancements; collaborating cross-functionally to support scalability, reliability, and compliance goals across the organization; and continuously identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation within the platform ecosystem.
