  • • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for NextRoll’s rapidly-growing Connected TV (CTV) advertising platform, translating market signals, customer feedback, and data insights into a clear product vision and quarterly roadmap that serves DTC brands, e-commerce merchants, emerging businesses, and B2B teams running account-based campaigns.
  • • Conduct deep user-research across both B2C and B2B segments—interviewing marketers, media buyers, and growth teams—to uncover nuanced needs around CTV targeting, creative formats, frequency capping, attribution, and cross-channel measurement, then synthesize findings into actionable product requirements.
  • • Write crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that balance customer value, engineering feasibility, and long-term scalability; ruthlessly prioritize features that move core KPIs such as incremental reach, ROAS, and advertiser retention.
  • • Ship iterative, high-impact releases every 2–4 weeks—ranging from small UX wins to medium-scale capabilities like dynamic creative optimization, private marketplace inventory integrations, or AI-driven bidding models—while maintaining rigorous quality and performance standards.
  • • Partner daily with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams in agile sprints; run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retros to ensure transparent communication and rapid delivery against OKRs.
  • • Leverage NextRoll’s rich first-party data graph and machine-learning infrastructure to build predictive audience segments, real-time attribution models, and automated budget re-allocation features that give advertisers a measurable edge in streaming environments.
  • • Collaborate with AdOps and Customer Success to design self-service tooling that reduces campaign setup time from hours to minutes, empowering SMB customers while freeing human support for strategic accounts.
  • • Define and instrument success metrics—viewability, completion rate, incremental lift, CAC, LTV—then build dashboards and alerts that surface actionable insights to internal stakeholders and external clients alike.
  • • Evangelize the CTV product internally and externally: deliver roadmap sneak-peeks at customer councils, craft release notes and blog posts, and present at industry webinars to position NextRoll as a thought leader in programmatic streaming advertising.
  • • Monitor the competitive landscape (DSPs, social platforms, walled gardens) and emerging standards (OpenRTB 2.6, IAB’s CTV guidelines, privacy regulations) to anticipate shifts and ensure the product remains compliant and differentiated.
  • • Champion inclusive product design and accessibility standards so that CTV creatives resonate with diverse audiences and comply with ADA, WCAG, and emerging global privacy frameworks.
  • • Mentor junior PMs and analysts through structured feedback, design critiques, and shared learning sessions, contributing to NextRoll’s culture of continuous improvement and its library of 1,800+ annual training courses.
  • • Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions, working with Finance and Sales to test new SaaS, usage-based, or hybrid models that unlock incremental revenue without adding sales friction.
  • • Own post-launch experimentation—A/B, multivariate, geo-split—to validate feature impact, iterate quickly, and sunset underperforming capabilities, ensuring the product portfolio stays lean and ROI-positive.
  • • Build strong relationships with premium CTV inventory partners (Hulu, Roku, Samsung, Amazon Fire) to secure preferred deals, troubleshoot integration issues, and co-market joint success stories.
