đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Product Manager on Klaviyo’s Core Reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers understand and act on their data by building the foundational infrastructure that powers every chart, dashboard, and report across the platform. Your work will directly impact the scalability, reliability, and usability of Klaviyo’s analytics capabilities, enabling businesses of all sizes — especially growing enterprise customers — to make confident, data-driven decisions.
  • • You will drive execution on critical roadmap initiatives including reporting infrastructure improvements, enterprise scalability enhancements, flexible dashboarding features, and ongoing evolution of the Report Builder. By translating strategic goals into actionable plans, you’ll ensure that complex, cross-functional efforts remain focused, measurable, and on track, directly contributing to Klaviyo’s mission of empowering creators through accessible, trustworthy data.
  • • You’ll collaborate daily with engineering, design, and data teams to break down large, ambiguous platform initiatives into clear, scoped milestones and deliverables. This includes writing detailed product specifications and PRDs, aligning dependencies across teams, and maintaining momentum through iterative development cycles while advocating for data accuracy, metric consistency, and system performance.
  • • The Core Reporting team sits at the heart of Klaviyo’s product platform, serving as the backbone for analytics across email, SMS, and customer data platforms. As Klaviyo scales to serve more sophisticated enterprise use cases, your contributions will help ensure that reporting remains fast, flexible, and reliable — even as data volumes grow and new sources are introduced.
  • • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in data platforms, analytics systems, and enterprise-scale product management. You’ll gain hands-on experience defining metric semantics, optimizing query performance, designing flexible visualization interfaces, and balancing technical trade-offs — all while working in a collaborative, high-impact environment that values curiosity, ownership, and customer-centric problem solving.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-3 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in adjacent roles such as data analyst, associate PM, or technical program manager
  • • Proven experience working on analytics, reporting, data visualization, or platform products — not limited to front-end feature work
  • • Strong ability to break down large, complex projects into clearly scoped deliverables and milestones, driving progress even in ambiguous environments
  • • Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers on data-heavy or platform-focused products, with experience writing clear product specifications or PRDs

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive base salary range of $104,000 to $156,000 USD, reflecting market-based compensation across U.S. locations
  • • Eligibility for annual cash bonus plan, equity grants, and potential sign-on payments as part of a comprehensive total compensation package
  • • Access to robust health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits, including medical, dental, vision, mental health support, and wellness programs
  • • Hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in Klaviyo’s Boston office, fostering in-person collaboration while offering flexibility
  • • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, including access to internal training, mentorship, and career development resources
