Product Manager - Customer Identity & Access

📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager for Customer Identity & Access at Pluralsight, you will own the end-to-end user access experience — including login, signup, SSO, automated provisioning, and emerging AI agent-based authentication — directly impacting learner activation, retention, and enterprise deal success.
• • Day to day, you will partner with engineering to design and refine provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align identity requirements with enterprise contracts, and work with GTM and Analytics to measure ARR impact, churn drivers, and innovation pipelines tied to your product line.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Pluralsight, a leading technology upskilling platform trusted by enterprises, governments, and individuals worldwide to build critical skills in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and software development through expert-led content and immersive learning experiences.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS product strategy, enterprise identity systems (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, RBAC), and cross-functional GTM coordination while driving measurable business outcomes and owning the commercial success of a high-impact product area.
