• • Shape the future of developer-first security. As Product Manager for the Developer Platform at Aisle, you will own every touchpoint where engineering teams meet our AI-powered vulnerability remediation engine. From the moment a pull request is opened to the instant a fix is merged, you will define how developers discover, review, and adopt AI-generated security patches without ever leaving their familiar tools.
• • Drive end-to-end product strategy for a platform that spans PR integrations, IDE plugins, CLI tools, SDKs, APIs, and workflow automation. You will translate the complex world of security vulnerabilities into elegant developer experiences that feel native to git, GitHub Actions, VS Code, JetBrains, and the broader DevOps toolchain.
• • Uncover and prioritize integration opportunities by analyzing the developer tooling landscape, usage telemetry, and direct customer feedback. You will map security friction points in daily engineering workflows and turn them into high-impact roadmap items that increase both security posture and developer velocity.
• • Champion transparency and trust in AI-generated code fixes. You will design flows that explain why a patch is safe, how it was tested, and what side effects to expect—turning skeptical engineers into enthusiastic adopters who merge fixes with confidence.
• • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our world-class engineering and AI research teams to deliver capabilities that are not only powerful but also delightful. You will write crisp specs, run rapid experiments, and ship incremental improvements at startup speed while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability.
• • Become the voice of the developer inside Aisle. You will conduct user interviews, shadow on-call rotations, and join customer Slack channels to understand how security interrupts (or accelerates) real engineering work. Your insights will directly influence roadmap sequencing, pricing strategy, and long-term platform architecture.
• • Balance automation with developer control. You will decide when the AI should open a PR, when it should suggest a fix inline, and when it should simply surface context in the IDE—always optimizing for minimal disruption and maximum trust.
• • Own key metrics that matter: weekly active developers, integration adoption rates, PR merge success, time-to-fix, and developer NPS. You will instrument dashboards, run A/B tests, and iterate ruthlessly until every metric trends upward.
• • Operate as an independent, high-agency leader. You will justify your strategy to founders, defend prioritization decisions to engineers, and present quarterly outcomes to enterprise customers—all while staying laser-focused on the developer experience.
• • Thrive in a remote-first, low-ego culture spread across US, Europe, and Israel time zones. You will run asynchronous design reviews, record Loom demos for the team, and celebrate wins in our weekly all-hands. Your work will directly contribute to protecting critical infrastructure and democratic institutions from the most advanced cyber threats.
