- • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Crossix Measurement Suite, a industry-standard platform used by 17 of the top 20 life sciences companies and numerous emerging biotech firms.
- • Drive the development and enhancement of data-driven insights that improve direct-to-consumer (DTC) and healthcare professional (HCP) marketing effectiveness for life sciences clients.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, and customer success to deliver features that meet customer needs and align with business goals.
- • Define product requirements and prioritize backlog items based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis within the life sciences industry.
- • Work directly with media agencies and publishers to understand their data integration needs and ensure seamless interoperability with the Crossix platform.
- • Translate complex healthcare data and regulatory requirements into intuitive product functionality that supports compliance and actionable insights.
- • Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- • Serve as the primary product advocate internally and externally, communicating value propositions to stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- • Leverage customer success metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for product expansion and increased platform adoption.
- • Maintain deep understanding of the life sciences ecosystem, including marketing channels, patient journey mapping, and regulatory constraints around promotional messaging.
- • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies, customer onboarding, and product training for new and existing clients.
- • Ensure product decisions align with Veeva’s core values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.
- • Contribute to the strategic direction of Crossix as part of Veeva Systems, balancing innovation with the stability and scale of a global leader.
- • Stay current with evolving data privacy laws, industry standards, and technological advancements in healthcare analytics and media measurement.
- • Represent Crossix in customer-facing meetings, industry events, and internal reviews to gather insights and reinforce product vision.
- • Maintain a customer-centric mindset, ensuring all product initiatives ultimately contribute to better patient outcomes through more effective marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, data analytics, or healthcare technology
- • Deep understanding of life sciences industry dynamics, including DTC and HCP marketing
- • Experience managing complex data platforms used by media agencies and publishers
- • Strong ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into product features
- • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving product launches
- • Track record of using customer feedback and usage data to inform product prioritization
