- • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Crossix Measurement Suite, a industry-standard platform used by 17 of the top 20 life sciences companies and numerous emerging biotech firms.
- • Drive the development and expansion of data-driven marketing insights that enhance DTC (direct-to-consumer) and HCP (healthcare professional) marketing effectiveness for life sciences clients.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact product features that meet customer needs and industry regulations.
- • Define product requirements and prioritize backlog items based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives within the life sciences sector.
- • Work directly with media agencies and publishers to understand their data integration needs and ensure seamless interoperability with the Crossix platform.
- • Translate complex healthcare data sets into actionable insights that improve marketing ROI and contribute to better patient outcomes.
- • Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- • Serve as the primary product advocate internally and externally, representing Crossix at industry events and client meetings.
- • Maintain deep understanding of regulatory environments in life sciences marketing, including compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other data privacy standards.
- • Leverage Veeva’s industry cloud infrastructure to enhance scalability, security, and integration capabilities of the Crossix Measurement Suite.
- • Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise clients.
- • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies in healthcare analytics, media measurement, and real-world evidence to inform product innovation.
- • Ensure product alignment with Veeva’s core values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.
- • Support the transition of Crossix into Veeva’s broader ecosystem while preserving the agility and innovation of a high-growth team.
- • Deliver measurable improvements in customer retention, platform adoption, and client satisfaction metrics tied to product performance.
- • Communicate product vision and progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, healthcare technology, or life sciences data platforms
- • Deep understanding of DTC and HCP marketing ecosystems in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex data products with integration requirements across media, publishers, and enterprise clients
- • Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR in a commercial product environment
- • Strong track record of launching and scaling data-driven products used by enterprise customers
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
