- • As the Enterprise Product Manager at Notion, you will define how organizations adopt, scale, and succeed with Notion, making it a seamless, secure, and powerful tool for businesses by driving improvements in onboarding content, permissions, integrations, and overall ease of adoption to empower companies to confidently integrate Notion into their workflows and maximize its value across teams.
- • You will expand Notion’s integrations and extensibility features to enhance compatibility with enterprise ecosystems, develop and execute a roadmap that empowers large organizations to onboard and scale with confidence, and work across multiple engineering teams to drive scalable systems for user and agent management, team collaboration, and enterprise analytics to support successful adoption and ongoing management.
- • You will be a champion for seamless and delightful enterprise experiences across the company, ensuring the needs of security-minded organizations shape key product decisions, partner closely with GTM teams to deeply understand business requirements, inform the product roadmap, and support strategic customer deals, while engaging deeply with Notion’s admin and builder personas to understand their challenges, workflows, and aspirations to shape product priorities and drive solutions that make Notion indispensable for enterprise teams.
- • You will help Notion redefine what Enterprise-grade means in an agentic world by supporting rapid product development with controlled deployments, helping enterprises unleash the power from the latest AI models, and defining how agent permissions scale alongside typical identity approaches at the bleeding edge of enterprise product innovation.
- • You will leverage your track record of launching high-quality B2B products that meaningfully impact company outcomes, your fluency in data governance and access controls for enterprise data, your collaborative mindset across GTM, engineering, design, and developer relations, your integration fluency with MCP servers, API development, and enterprise integrations, and your comfort and ongoing curiosity with using AI tools in your product development process to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a proactive mindset and drive to deliver results with urgency.
