- • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for an existing enterprise Gen AI product, focusing on maintenance, growth, and maturity to support both internal and third-party application use cases.
- • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to execute the product roadmap and support go-to-market activities including positioning, messaging, and commercialization.
- • Own the full product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements from enterprise clients, internal teams, and external partners to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
- • Develop detailed product specifications and documentation outlining revisions, updates, and new capabilities for existing AI-driven products.
- • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and evolving enterprise AI demands in the business decisioning space.
- • Analyze competitor product offerings and benchmark against Dun & Bradstreet’s current solutions to define competitive positioning and differentiation strategies.
- • Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- • Partner with sales and marketing to align product features with customer acquisition and retention goals, enabling effective sales enablement and promotional campaigns.
- • Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather feedback, communicate product status, and drive alignment across departments.
- • Identify and capture emerging market opportunities to strengthen Dun & Bradstreet’s role as a trusted data layer for enterprise AI applications.
- • Translate innovation into measurable commercial outcomes by defining KPIs, tracking adoption metrics, and optimizing product performance based on data-driven insights.
- • Ensure product decisions are grounded in enterprise-grade data quality, compliance, and scalability requirements inherent to Dun & Bradstreet’s global business decisioning platform.
- • Represent the product in executive reviews, customer demos, and industry forums to communicate vision, progress, and value proposition to internal and external audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager in enterprise AI or machine learning products
- • Demonstrated success managing the full product lifecycle for SaaS or data-driven platforms
- • Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs in business intelligence, risk management, or decisioning analytics
- • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver AI/ML-powered features
- • Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
