- ā¢ As a Product Manager for Enterprise & Governance Agents at Vapi Technologies Inc., you will be critical to the companyās success by building the trust infrastructure around voice AIāensuring regulated enterprises can confidently deploy voice agents in high-stakes, two-way interactions with customers.
- ā¢ Day to day, you will diagnose enterprise deal blockers in legal, security, and compliance; craft enterprise-focused product strategy; own and publish a 12-month rolling roadmap; ship improvements that unblock customers and drive adoption, expansion, or retention; and use data to inform decisions while demonstrating crisp specs, fast execution, and honest post-mortems.
- ā¢ Vapi is a fast-growing voice AI platform with over 700k developers and 5x enterprise revenue growth in a year, serving legal, compliance, ops, IT, and procurement teams who need governable voice AI solutions. The company is founder-led, backed by top-tier investors (YC, KP Seed, Bessemer), and based in San Francisco with a culture of ownership, kindness, and impact.
- ā¢ In this role, you will learn to define what great product management looks like in a high-stakes technical environment, raise the bar for governance as a product feature, and make a step-function improvement in a core enterprise metricāturning compliance from a bottleneck into a competitive advantage.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ 8+ years of product management experience at a technical company, including ownership of an enterprise segment and/or compliance or governance at a technical product company
- ā¢ Proven experience working with legal, security, compliance, and procurement teams in enterprise sales cycles, including security reviews, BAA negotiations, and legal hold conversations
- ā¢ Strong ability to write clearly and concisely, debate timing over value, and make data-driven decisions with low ego and high competence
