- • As a Product Manager for Credo AI's Enterprise Platform, you will own the core infrastructure that enables secure, scalable, and compliant deployment of AI governance solutions for global enterprises, powering everything from identity and permissions to multi-tenancy and governance insights.
- • You will define and deliver platform capabilities including SSO/SCIM provisioning, RBAC, audit logs, data isolation, dashboards, and collaboration primitives, ensuring seamless experiences for internal product teams and enterprise customers across compliance, legal, engineering, and business functions.
- • You will drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Security to reduce duplicated effort, improve consistency, and enable new product features without platform rearchitecture, acting as DRI for key enterprise readiness and platform reliability metrics.
- • You will shape the long-term vision and roadmap for the Trust Operating System for AI, ensuring it scales with expanding AI use cases, agents, and systems under management while meeting the needs of diverse stakeholders from daily power users to external auditors.
- • You will join a mission-driven, venture-backed company recognized as a Fast Company Most Innovative Company of 2024 and a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, working remotely with opportunities for in-person collaboration and a strong commitment to DEI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience with significant time in platform, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
- • Track record owning horizontal platform capabilities such as identity, permissions, multi-tenancy, admin tooling, or reporting/dashboards that serve multiple product surfaces
- • Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements including SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC patterns, audit logging, and compliance controls
- • Experience defining and shipping platform primitives that internal teams build on, with a clear perspective on standardization vs. flexibility
- • Strong cross-functional leadership: proven ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, and GTM when building shared infrastructure
- • Outcome-driven mindset: prioritizes based on value delivered (adoption, reliability, scale) rather than features shipped
- • AI fluency and willingness to learn
