📋 Description

• • As a Product Manager for Enterprise Productivity at Coinbase, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our global teams collaborate and execute, driving efficiency and alignment across the organization.
• • You will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and governance for Coinbase's critical work execution and collaboration platforms. This includes a diverse portfolio of tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, and Slack, ensuring they function as a cohesive and scalable ecosystem.
• • Your primary objective will be to strike a delicate balance between empowering individual team autonomy and maintaining crucial organizational alignment, thereby reducing context switching and minimizing noise for employees.
• • You will be instrumental in enhancing both the transparency of our delivery processes and the amount of focused, uninterrupted work time available to our teams.
• • A key responsibility involves leading structured discovery sessions with cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and other departments, to pinpoint workflow bottlenecks and areas of collaboration friction.
• • You will define and implement key metrics and dashboards to track velocity, delivery predictability, collaboration health, and the adoption of documentation and search tools, using these insights to continuously refine execution models and platform investments.
• • A significant part of your role will be to define and evolve an async-first collaboration model. This model aims to reduce low-value chatter, significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio in communications, and ensure that conversations are seamlessly connected to the relevant work artifacts, such as tickets, documents, and dashboards, across all integrated tools.
• • You will partner closely with enterprise search and knowledge management platforms, like Glean, Confluence, and internal portals, to establish "search before asking" as the default and most efficient behavior for employees.
• • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust cross-platform Center of Excellence (CoE) for work management and collaboration. This CoE will establish clear standards, provide "paved paths" for common workflows, offer comprehensive training, and ensure effective governance across all supported tools, including Jira, Linear, Asana, and Slack.
• • A critical aspect of the CoE will be designing an optimized "Day One" onboarding experience for new hires, specifically for Slack and work management tools. This onboarding will guide them to essential channels, projects, and playbooks, thereby accelerating their time-to-productivity and integration into the company culture.
• • You will lead comprehensive change management initiatives and enablement programs for new tools, evolving standards, and process modifications. This ensures smooth transitions with minimal disruption, supported by clear, opinionated documentation that actively encourages and guides teams to adopt the established "paved paths."
• • This role requires a deep understanding of how to foster a productive and collaborative environment within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company, particularly within the dynamic and evolving cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• • You will act as a central point of expertise, translating complex technical capabilities and user needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
