- • As a Product Manager for the core Fix Experience at Stitch Fix, you will shape the future of how clients discover and evolve their personal style, driving massive business impact through innovation in the company’s largest and most critical business unit.
- • You will define product vision and strategy, drive execution with high velocity, manage a dynamic portfolio of workstreams, lead cross-functional alignment across Design, Algorithms, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations, and elevate product culture by mentoring peers and fostering high-performance practices.
- • Stitch Fix is the leading online personal styling service that combines expert stylists with AI and recommendation algorithms to deliver personalized fashion experiences, headquartered in San Francisco and operating remotely across the USA.
- • In this role, you will learn to balance breakthrough innovation with core improvements, master data-driven prioritization using A/B testing and statistical analysis, and grow as a leader who influences product discipline and client-centric design across a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, or e-commerce
- • Strong track record of building and scaling subscription-based products using recommendation systems and personalization
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (MBA is a plus)
- • Masterful prioritization skills with deep understanding of client needs and business model
- • Strategic and analytical rigor, including ability to extract insights from data, define A/B experiments, and apply Agile methodologies
- • Thoughtful collaboration and communication skills to build relationships and influence cross-functional partners and leadership
- • Product sense with a keen eye for UX and ability to work closely with Product Design on customer-centric experiences
